Villa Angela is an elegant lakeside residence positioned approximately 10 kilometers north of Menaggio, along the scenic northwestern shoreline of Lake Como. Set in a distinctive waterfront location, the property enjoys direct access to the lake and nearby beach.
The estate offers private on-site parking, a heated swimming pool, a panoramic sun terrace, and a generous private garden that opens directly onto the lakeside promenade and beach.
Outdoors, the villa sits just a few steps from the water’s edge, with the public beach only meters away. The expansive garden features a 7 x 4 meter swimming pool with a depth of 1.10 meters, heated from mid-May through mid-September. Outside of this period, pool heating can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. A private parking area is located behind the villa, while the village center, offering a variety of shops and services, is approximately 600 meters away.
Villa Angela is located adjacent to Villa Meridiana, making it possible to rent both properties together to accommodate larger groups.
Please note that the villa is not completely secluded. A pedestrian lakeside path runs between the property and the water, which may result in reduced outdoor privacy, particularly during the peak summer months of July and August. However, this walkway enhances the experience of the location, offering easy access to the shoreline. A two-minute stroll to the left leads to a picturesque marina and the welcoming Lounge Bar “PortoDiciotto,” while a five-minute walk to the right brings you to the public ferry terminal and two appealing local restaurants.

The area offers a wide range of outdoor pursuits, including swimming, boating, sailing, windsurfing, hiking, golfing at the Menaggio Golf Club, scenic flights, and horseback riding.
Just a short walk from the villa is the Museo della Barca Lariana, a fascinating maritime museum dedicated to the nautical heritage of Lake Como. Its collection features hundreds of historic vessels that shaped the lake’s boating history from the 19th century to the present day. Highlights include a 19th-century Venetian gondola crafted on Lake Como and a classic English Cisco sailing boat from the early 1900s. The museum is open to the public from Friday to Sunday, between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Visits on other days can be arranged by appointment. Guests of the villa enjoy complimentary admission. The venue is also available for private events, celebrations, and weddings upon request.

This part of the lake is known for its consistent winds and largely unspoiled landscape. The Breva, a mild afternoon breeze, creates ideal conditions for sailing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing. Interior Overview
Villa Angela comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, with the option to host 2 additional guests, across six double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The villa also includes a separate staff bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a bright and expansive living area, and an elegant dining room centered around an antique wooden table seating up to 18 guests.
Completed in 2019, the villa’s generous proportions and refined layout make it particularly well suited for large families or groups. The estate spans approximately 2,500 square meters in total, with the main residence arranged over two levels of about 250 square meters each, plus a 200-square-meter basement housing service areas. Interior finishes are of notable quality: the ground floor features traditional Lombard antique terracotta flooring, while the staircase and first-floor floors are crafted from chestnut wood aged for 20 years prior to installation. All windows are soundproofed to ensure a tranquil indoor environment.
Ground Floor
This level hosts a spacious and sun-filled living room furnished with comfortable seating and equipped with satellite television, DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a CD system. Adjacent to the main living space is a second lounge overlooking the lake, where guests will find a fully functional grand piano.
Also on this floor is a contemporary, fully equipped kitchen featuring two ovens, a blast chiller, two dishwashers, a large refrigerator with freezer, and a generous central island. The formal dining room adjoins the kitchen and offers seating for up to 18 guests.
At the rear of the kitchen is a compact double bedroom of approximately 9 square meters, suitable for two additional guests. It features a French-size bed that cannot be separated and a private bathroom of about 6.5 square meters. This room is not air-conditioned. A storage closet is also located on this level.
The ground floor further includes the Silver Double Bedroom, measuring approximately 14 square meters, with its own en-suite bathroom of about 8 square meters. This room is designed to be accessible for guests with limited mobility and is equipped with a ceiling fan rather than air conditioning.
Basement
From the rear entrance of the villa, a staircase of 16 steps leads down to the basement level. Here, guests will find a well-appointed laundry room of approximately 20 square meters, complete with washing machine, dryer, large sink, iron, ironing board, and drying rack, as well as technical and service areas.
First Floor
The upper level opens onto a cozy sitting area with access to a terrace and houses five air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom:
Yellow Bedroom (approx. 14.5 sqm): Located at the top of the stairs on the right, offering garden views. The bathroom features a spacious shower and a single basin.
Orange Bedroom (approx. 23 sqm): Situated next to the Yellow Bedroom, with direct access to a private terrace and partial lake views. The bathroom includes a large shower and double basins.
Green Bedroom (approx. 22 sqm): Positioned at the end of the corridor on the right, with windows on two sides and sweeping lake views. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and single basin.
Pink Bedroom (approx. 18 sqm): Located at the end of the corridor on the left, also enjoying dual exposure and lake views. The bathroom features a large shower and single basin, with access to a small terrace shared with the adjacent sitting area.
Lilac Master Bedroom (approx. 19.5 sqm): Set between the Green and Pink bedrooms, this master suite opens directly onto a spacious private terrace with exceptional lake views. The en-suite bathroom includes a large shower and double basins.
All bedrooms can be arranged with either double or twin beds to suit guest preferences.
In addition, the villa includes a dedicated “Bio Allergy Friendly” room, equipped with an advanced natural and eco-conscious system designed to reduce allergens and microorganisms throughout the air, bedding, fabrics, and surfaces, ensuring enhanced comfort for sensitive guests.
