the villa has a steep driveway down from the main road. Pets allowed upon prior request. Non-smoking villa. It is possible to walk down to the villa or to take the outdoor elevator down to the entrance. Breakwater Bellagio is located on 5 different levels and has an internal elevator as well. Covered parking area for up to 4 cars. The kitchen, laundry room and dishwasher can be used only by the villa staff. Guests are not allowed to have meals at the villa without the presence of the staff. Guests are allowed to use small appliances. The villa is not provided with washing machines or dryers at disposal of guests. Security cameras are located in the outdoor areas. Private events require prior approval at the time of booking.
